INCHWA is a committed professional association offering a complimentary newsletter for those interested in the Community Health Worker (CHW) workforce and practices. We encourage everyone to subscribe to stay updated on the latest news and resources Rest assured, subscriber information is never sold or shared with partners, as we adhere to the CHW code of ethics that safeguards information as a private asset.
In addition, we provide consulting and coaching services for CHW programs, their leaders, supervisors and the CHWs themselves. We also cultivate a supportive community for CHWs and allies, known as the INCHWA Community Connectors.

INCHWA Community Connectors - Guidelines of Membership
If you choose to become a member of our community we invite to step into a safe space of where you can grow professionally and personally. We are committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and respectful environment where everyone feels safe and valued. To maintain the integrity of our space, we have a few clear guidelines:

1. No Research or Job Postings
Members cannot use this community to solicit research participants or post job opportunities. Our focus is on meaningful connections and conversation, not recruitment or data gathering.
2. Respectful Communication Only
Obscene language, aggressive tones, or inflammatory comments aimed at individuals or groups will not be tolerated. We expect all members to engage with kindness and curiosity.
3. No Misuse of Relationships
Attempting to exploit community relationships for personal gain, promotion, or manipulation will result in immediate dismissal from the community.
4. Constructive & Ethical Dialogue
The opinions shared in this community are those of individual members and do not necessarily represent the views of INCHWA. While we encourage transparent and honest discussions about the challenges of supporting community members, all comments should be constructive and conducive to respectful dialogue. We hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards, including adherence to the Community Health Worker (CHW) Code of Ethics.
5. Upholding Our Spirit
Conversations that demean, belittle, or put others down go against the spirit of why we’re here. We are here to uplift, inspire, and support each other.

Any violation of these guidelines may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community at the discretion of the community Host.
